Dr. Szeto holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration and master's degrees in areas of International and Public Affairs, Information Systems, Applied Science (Operations Research) and Business Administration.
He has over 30 years international consulting experience in US, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Philippines and Thailand. Industries served include government, banks, insurance, investment, retails, logistics, hospitality and tourism, education, real estate and property management.
For meeting the rapid change in competitive market environment, Dr. Szeto is focusing to strategize business plans and action through consolidating theory and practices for clients with varied cultural background.

Joseph attained M.Sc. in Operational Research (UK) and M.A. in Management Research Method (Australia). Joseph also received PolyU Outstanding Alumni award in Community Service Achievement (2022 at Department level and 2023 at Faculty level) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
With over 30 years experiences in IT, Education, CSR, Marketing & Business Development, and multi-national company management, Joseph worked in HK, US and Singapore, including management of APAC region and Greater China region business development and CSR.
Joseph is currently focusing on developing innovative business models for empowering industry partnership to benefit both business and academia.
